Presenting Month History:
July 1, 2002 A 42 year old man complains of increasing headache and blurred vision. He reports two recent accidents at the same freeway off-ramp.
June 1, 2002 A 47 year old woman with 6 months of nasal stuffiness and anosmia presents for evaluation.
May 1, 2002 A 7-year old hemiparetic, mentally retarded boy with a chronic seizure disorder presents for MR evaluation.
April 1, 2002 A child is referred for MR imaging because of mild developmental delay.
March 1, 2002 A 7 year old boy with inguinal freckling noted on routine exam is referred for MR imaging.
February 1, 2002 A 25-year old man is status post motor vehicle accident. He was unconscious at the scene of the accident, then regained consciousness in the ambulance. In the emergency room, his level of consciousness started to decline, and an emergent CT scan was obtained.
January 1, 2002 A 49-year old male presents with lower extremity weakness. On examination he has hyperreflexia as well as fasciculations of his tongue.
December 1, 2001 Six months prior to presentation, this 13 year old girl developed fatigue and weight loss. She then presented with a generalized seizure and lapsed into coma for three days. Upon awakening, she was disoriented and inappropriate. An MR scan was obtained.
November 1, 2001 A 54-year old woman presents with recent onset of numbness and weakness in her right leg.
October 1, 2001 An 81-year old woman presents with sudden onset of the worst headache of her life.
September 1, 2001 A 54-year old woman presents with progressive right sided weakness.
August 1, 2001 A 10-month-old female with developmental delay, microcephaly, and seizures presents for evaluation.
July 1, 2001 A 58 year old previously healthy professor presents with confusion and a generalized seizure
May 1, 2001 A 25-year-old man presents with a generalized tonic-clonic seizure.
August 1, 2000 59 year old male who noted loss of temperature sensation in right lower extremity when getting into a scalding hot bath.

February 1, 1999 67-year-old female with primary lymphoma of the central nervous system
December 1, 1998 Spinal cord hemangioblastoma
October 1, 1998 42 year old female with 1 year history of headaches and 6 month history of nasal obstruction/anosmia
May 1, 1998 17 y.o. male with long history of seizures
April 1, 1998 5 month old male with hypotonia and developmental delay
March 1, 1998 52 year old male with acute onset thoracic myelopathy
February 1, 1998 75 y.o. male with fever and mental status change
January 1, 1998 45 y.o. male with progressive hearing loss
December 1, 1997 41 year old female with history of "clicking" sensation at base of skull for several years. Now with progressive cervical myelopathy. On plain films of the cervical spine, the patient had significant atlantoaxial subluxation. The patient had no history of
November 1, 1997 50 y.o. male with history of prior posterior fossa surgery for an arachnoid cyst. Now presents with hearling loss, and ataxia.
October 1, 1997 35 year old male with vertical gaze difficulty and decreased level of arousal. Had history of basilar artery thrombosis 2 weeks prior to this MRI.
September 1, 1997 19 year old female with increasing seizures.
August 1, 1997 Young male with right supraorbital pain
July 1, 1997 45 year old male with headaches
June 1, 1997 37 year old female with pulsatile tinnitis.
May 1, 1997 42 year old female with painless neck mass.
April 1, 1997 53 year old male with progressive headaches.
March 1, 1997 Forty one year old female with progressive headaches. Prior history of cerebral infarctions.
February 1, 1997 Forty seven year old male with acute onset of headache and vertigo.
